Originally from Miami, Deanna tried a pole fitness class for fun on a vacation to Las Vegas in 2012. To her surprise she actually received a great workout and was sore from an introductory level class. In February 2013, she joined a local studio in Orlando, FL. Deanna began teaching classes in October 2013. In June 2014 she became an Xpert Level 1&2 certified instructor. She has competed in the 2017 Pole Sport Organization Southeast Aerial Arts Competition placing 1st in Masters L3 Exotic, 2014 PSO Southeast placing 4th in L2 Dramatic. She has also led group performances for Pole for a Purpose 2016, Bad to the Chrome 2017, and International Polecon 2017. Deanna has also obtained AFAA Group Exercise Instructor Certification (2015), completed Poleflow Intensive Training (2015), and ElevatED Level 1 Pole Instructor Certification (2016), Aerius Spin Pole Certification (2017) and became a Liquid Motion Certified and Licensed Instructor (2018). Currently Deanna teaches beginner and intermediate pole fitness classes and specializes in teaching all levels of flexibility classes at Dandelion Pole and Fitness. She is also a proud homeschool mother to a 16-year-old son, Matthew, and wife of 23+ years.
